Refund policy

Amphora Collection has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from when you received your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the Product(s) must be returned in the same condition that you received them, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, in its original packaging, accompanied by all of its accessories, and a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. No parcel returned as cash on delivery shipping shall be accepted, whatever the reason. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender.

Should you be interested in a different color or style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at Please send us an e-mail at to request a return delivery address for the item you wish to return.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Important information

  • Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag still attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.
  • Please make sure to return products inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.

Quality guarantee
