Job Description:

Amphora Collection is seeking a highly organized and proactive Showroom and admin Assistant to join our growing team in Athens. This is a hands-on, operational role that will support day-to-day activities across showroom operations, stock management, order fulfillment, and customer support — with occasional assistance in creative projects like photoshoots and showroom activations. You’ll work directly with the Founder in a dynamic, small-team environment where flexibility, professionalism, and a strong aesthetic eye are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

·     Maintain showroom organization, ensuring products are
well-presented and client-ready.

·     Assist in organizing showroom appointments and daily upkeep of the
space.

·     Process and manage online and wholesale orders accurately and on
time.

·     Provide excellent customer service across email, website, and
phone communication.

·     Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries with professionalism and care

·     Package and prepare products for shipment, ensuring quality and presentation

·     Support administrative tasks including inventory tracking, supplier coordination, and data entry

·     Support in-person brand activations, including product launches, pop-ups, and showroom events in Athens.

·     Assist on-site during photoshoots (styling support, product organization, and setup).

·     Light support with newsletter preparation (drafting and assisting with email marketing platforms).

Requirements:

·     Strong organizational skills with a professional approach to occasional customer interaction.

·     Excellent communication skills.

·     High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

·     Comfortable with operational tasks (inventory, logistics, order management, admin).

·     Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.

·     Proficiency in basic office software (Excel, Word, email tools).

·     Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and social media platforms is a plus.

·     Aesthetic sensitivity: ability to understand and maintain the brand’s visual identity.

·     Positive attitude, good manners, and a strong work ethic.
